At The Cargo Bike Shop — with locations in St. Paul, MN and Madison, WI — we service a wide range of bikes and e-bikes. Our experienced mechanics will do their best to get your bike back in shape, whether it needs a quick adjustment or a full overhaul. We can service most electric bikes, even if you didn’t purchase them from us.

Hourly Rate $120/hour
Schedule an appointment below or bring your bike in during business hours and we will have an estimate for you within 1-2 business days from the drop-off day, free of charge!
The estimate includes an à la carte breakdown of the work our mechanics identify for your bike. This ensures we aren’t overcharging for extra work that isn’t needed and the proper attention is put on getting your ride up and running to the best of our abilities. Service estimates will include a timeline based on the required repairs and part availability.
Each ticket is tailored to each unique bike. Here is a taste of what services we offer:

Our shop is not qualified to work on anything exceeding 28mph, with a gas motor, or that lacks traditional bike parts. If you aren’t sure your bike qualifies, give us a call or email before bringing it in!
We handle warranty claims from any brand that we carry (Tern, Yuba, Urban Arrow, Reise & Mueller, etc.) as well as Lectric bikes. For bike brands that we do not carry, we require a minimum $60 deposit for any e-bike diagnostics (inside or outside of warranty).
